Frequently asked questions

In the past period NS has sent you a number of messages to inform you and instruct you to check out correctly. Unfortunately, these messages did not cause you to repeatedly 'not check out'. By checking out you pay for your journey. Checking out is therefore mandatory. If you do not check out, the boarding fee will be deducted from your travel balance. This is € 10 for travellers with a season ticket and € 20 for other cardholders. We would like to refer you to ns.nl/voorwaarden to see the product conditions that apply to you. If you do not check out, you are violating the applicable General Terms and Conditions (AVR-NS) and the OV-chipkaart General Terms and Conditions. Do you have any questions? Bos Incasso carries out the debtor management of back payments for NS that are the result of repeated failure to check out. Provided you pay on time, no collection costs are charged.

You can send a copy of your bank statement via the contact form. You can also provide us with your payment details via this form. We need the payment date, your account number and the account number to which you have transferred the payment.

If you have paid the outstanding amount to NS, the relevant amount will (automatically) be refunded within 2 weeks. You must pay (again) to the correct account number of Bos Incasso.

You can pay the outstanding amount due online via iDEAL.

You can submit your objection via the contact form. Your defence will be handled by Bos Incasso.
